The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Building Information Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., 64 & 66, Jalan 52/4, Bandar Baru Petaling Jaya, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to BCISM, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Virtual Goods (Tickets, Digital Documents, E-books & etc)

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before payment is confirmed and completed.

All virtual goods sales are final and not refundable. Any registration or virtual ticket may be transferable to another person at the sole discretion of Building Cost Information Services Malaysia. You may request and write to us at

Physical Goods

If you are not happy with your physical product purchase, we will accept a return of a unused physical product within 7 business days. Once we receive the returned item, we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

If you wish to cancel your paid orders, please contact us at as soon as possible. Order cancellation and refund is only eligible for orders that are not yet shipped by us.
